⭐ Josue – Bachata Instructor ⭐
Learning bachata with Josue has been an absolutely amazing experience! In just a short time, I’ve grown so much thanks to his guidance. He gave me a few simple but powerful tips—like looking up, keeping my posture strong, and taking my steps without rushing—and wow, those three things transformed the way I dance!
When I started the lesson, I was tense and overthinking every move, worried about what step was coming next. But by the end, I felt so much more confident and could see a huge difference from where I began. It was like everything finally clicked!
Josue is truly a standout instructor. He teaches with incredible empathy, patience, and understanding. He communicates so clearly, makes learning fun, and his passion for dance is contagious. He doesn’t just teach steps—he inspires a real love for dancing. 💃✨
I’m so grateful for his support and highly, highly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their bachata and enjoy every moment of learning!

I’m so happy I joined Melomano. I’ve been attending the studio for 6 months now (since Nov 2025), and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. In fact, I’m constantly talking about how great Melomano is to all of my friends. This is a great studio if you’re looking to learn Salsa and Bachata in a friendly environment. The instructors are highly knowledgeable, and the members at Melomano are very friendly. In addition to the dance lessons, they host fun dance socials, as well as other events like Super Bowl parties and Karaoke Nights. Patrick and Diana have really created an amazing community.
I went from never dancing Salsa/Bachata in my life (I had never even heard of Bachata before) to now spending 5-6 days a week dancing. They’ve got a variety of classes/levels throughout the whole week and weekend. I would encourage everyone to look into the Cycle memberships. The Cycles are a 2-month progressive “course” where you build on what you learned in previous weeks. So you’re in it with the same group of people/cohort, which is also really nice. If you’re enrolled in a Cycle, you get unlimited access to both Salsa and Bachata classes, which is AMAZING value if you take advantage of all their offerings!
If you’re new to dancing and wondering which class to take, I found Kevin’s Level 1 Salsa/Bachata classes on Saturdays to be an excellent choice. He breaks it down really well for newcomers. But check out all the instructors/classes for the level you’re at, because they’ve all got different teaching styles and methods, and one may click better for you. Also, shout-out for Amado’s classes - they’re a fan favorite!!

This month marks two years at Melómano, and my experience has exceeded all expectations.
Patrick and Diana are so welcoming, patient and passionate about dance. All of the instructors are approachable and knowledgeable. You’re encouraged and supported whether you’re a beginner or experienced dancer. I started with the hope of starting a new hobby, and I’ve gained community, great friendships and a real passion for dance. This dance community is the best!

I had a private bachata lesson with Josue and saw improvement after just one session. He really focuses on fundamentals (the stuff most people skip 👀) and it makes a huge difference.
Partner work felt smooth and easy to follow, and he pinpointed exactly what I should work on. Plus, you can record a practice video at the end so you can keep training at home and actually use it at socials 💃

I can’t recommend Melomano Dance Studio enough! I came in with zero dance experience and was honestly a little nervous, but they made everything feel easy, welcoming, and fun from day one. They break down salsa and bachata in a way that’s super approachable, even if you’ve never danced before.
The atmosphere is amazing, positive, energetic, and judgment-free. It’s really easy to meet people and make friends, which makes every class even more enjoyable. On top of that, it’s a great workout without feeling like one because you’re having so much fun.

I have been attending cycles since 2022. I started with bachata lv 1 and within a year, along with a great, motivating and supportive community I have skyrocketed to level 3. Started focusing on Salsa in 2023 and have not looked back. Still mastering level 2 Salsa for over a year and my skills are shown on the dance floor. I couldn't have gotten to these level without great partners and the friends ive made in this community. Since I first stepped in the door Patrick, Dianna, Kevin. Valentin & Analisa have helped so much I also started to bring my 2 teenager to class and they are enjoying their growth! Thank you so much for all the love, the support and ofcourse the dancing! Always a bit of humor, mostly fun and education in etiquette and style. Melomano has very competitive course as well and monthly plans for anyone who wants to submerge into Salsa and Bachata. With a few new styles and experienced instructors you are in the right place! Ma y blessings to Melomano amd continued service to the dancing community!
