Josue N. Monge is a dancer, choreographer, and instructor originally from Detroit, Michigan. His journey began with breakdancing and hip-hop, later expanding into reggaeton, ballroom, and Latin dance. Today, Josue teaches Bachata Level 3 at Melómano, known for blending strong fundamentals with a laid-back, musical style rooted in his urban dance background.

He’s a member of Fuego Dance Crew, a competitive hip-hop team that performs and teaches nationwide. Josue has also performed at Latin festivals, NBA halftime shows, World of Dance, and opened for musical artists. His bachata style often fuses hip-hop influence, creating a groovy, swaggy look that encourages dancers to embrace their individuality while staying grounded in technique.

As an instructor, Josue aims to help students not only learn but truly understand what they’re dancing. Whether in group classes or private lessons, his mission is to help dancers unlock their style, build confidence, and grow into the best version of themselves.
